Clearly, “the best in the world” is an apt description of the superb culinary training that Scott Cutaneo brings to the table at Le Petit Chateau; the intimate and inviting restaurant that he has owned since 1996. Scott's dream was to open Le Petit Chateau as a four star restaurant and he has seen that vision come to fruition. Chef Cutaneo was the first chef in New Jersey selected to the American Harvest Workshop (AHW) hosted by Cakebread Cellars. He is the first and only New Jersey chef who joins worldwide elite notables such as Charlie Trotter, Gary Danko, and Hubert Keller. New Jersey Life magazine featured a five-page article on this special invitational that included the likes of Michael Green, wine editor of Gourmet magazine.
